St. Francis Music Center is a Sally Ordway Irvine Award winning community music school for the performing arts located in central Minnesota. The Music Center also received the 2019 Out-Standing Arts Organization from the Five Wings Art Council.

BACKGROUND
St. Francis Music Center opened its doors in the Fall of 1979 with four teachers offering private and group lessons in piano, strings, winds and dance. The Music Center now has a staff of 17 professional teachers. Sponsored by the Franciscan Sisters of Little Falls, St. Francis Music Center is located on the second floor of St. Francis Center on the Franciscan Campus. Also located in this building is St. Francis Health and Wellness Center.
The Music Center offers private and group lessons for students of all ages in piano, guitar, orchestral strings, voice, band instruments, preschool piano, and percussion. We offer classes in dance, preschool music, theory and composition.
FINANCIAL AID
Financial Aid is offered to families with low incomes or special circumstances through grants from the Laura Jane Musser Fund; Minnesota State Arts Board; Pine Country Bank; Mille Lac Band of Ojibwe; Central Minnesota Community Foundation; and many private donations.
